Risk Management Opinions

I provide a range of risk management advice to law firms and, through them, their clients.

These services include opinions on:

• Legal risk exposure;
• Suitability of insurance coverage;
• Reviewing business structures;
• Preparing consumer and supplier documentation;
• Advice and documentation on compliance issues;
• Advice on general procedures involving legal exposure.

I have published on legal risk management issues and have presented seminars on health, safety and risk related issues in both Australia and Fiji.

Between 2002-2005 I also served as an Adjunct Professor with the Centre for Tourism & Risk Management of the University of Queensland.
